SOME MEMORIES OF THE 2004 BERLIN JAZZ FESTIVAL

Jazzfest Berlin in 2004 included a number of Babel Label artists: Huw Warren (with June Tabor, Iain Ballamy, Tim Harries, Martin France) on 6 November;

On 7 November, at Kulturbrauerei: Acoustic Ladyland and Billy Jenkins/Fun Horns.

Jazzfest Berlin included a major focus on UK jazz, and especially some artists on The Babel Label, including Acoustic Ladyland's German "debut" and a reunion of Billy Jenkins and The Fun Horns.

Thanks to the festival director Peter Schulze, Ihno von Hasselt, Bianka Goebel, and all the others at the festival, including Marta, Francis, Kaspar, Michael and the rest of the crew.
